How our fees work
Option 1: Funded-only (stretched across 48 weeks)
-
For families using 15 or 30 hours only.
-
We “stretch” funding over 48 weeks so you get more weeks of childcare.
-
30 hours entitlement → 23.75 funded hours per week (Across 3 days - for example: Mon 8am-17:30pm, Tue 8am-17:30pm, Wed 8am-12:45pm) you can drop off and collect anytime between your allocated days and times.
-
15 hours entitlement → 12 funded hours per week (across 3 days).
-
-
Set attendance patterns only.
-
Consumables/meals: either provide your own, or ask us to supply them for £16 per week.
-
07:30 drop off are available at an additional charge
-
15 hours stretching takes you slightly over the annual entitlement, we’ll adjust one week so there’s no charge.
-
you must attend a Monday or a Friday.
Option 2: Wraparound childcare (52 weeks, funding can reduce fees)
-
Book the days you need:
-
Full day 07:30–18:00.
-
Half day 08:00–13:00 or 13:00–18:00.
-
-
Minimum booking: either two half days, or one full day.
-
If you’re entitled to 15 or 30 hours, we apply funding (stretched across 48 weeks) up to our set daily caps. The calculator handles this for you automatically.
-
Fees are averaged over 12 months. We charge for 51.4 weeks (we close between Christmas and New Year these 3 days are not charged).
